Art for Guernsey welcomes you to a magical new show: ‘Winter with Gorean’, featuring artworks by Eugen Gorean. 

Eugen, who graduated top of his class from the Chisinau Art Academy in Moldova, was Art for Guernsey’s very first artist in residence, back in 2016. Since then, his career has gone from strength to strength and he is a watercolourist of global renown with a host of international accolades. Eugen’s artworks have been exhibited in London, Moscow, Paris, Venice and Shenzhen. He was also invited by the European Parliament in Brussels and by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg to show his art within the walls of those institutions. Most recently, Eugen was commissioned to create a number of artworks by the president of his country to give as presents to each of the participants of an EU summit, so his artworks are now in the collection of each European leader.
